Yes, at any time before your next billing date — with no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Log in to your account to cancel, or email us and we will confirm the cancellation within 1 business day.

If your order has already been sent, it cannot be recalled. Your subscription will be cancelled going forward and no further orders will be placed. You can return the dispatched order under our Returns Policy, though return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email.
